Job DetailsJob Location: Conover, NC 28613Position Type: Full-Time/Part-TimeJob Shift: HourlyQualificationsJob Summary Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.   Job Description Maintains a bar product/supplies inventory system for: Alcoholic beverages including wines Non-alcoholic beverages and mixers Glassware Paper and other bar supplies Inspects the bar prior to opening to ensure that adequate supplies are available. Orders additional supplies as necessary including liquor/beer/wines, etc. Maintains cleanliness and sanitation of bar/banquet areas, glassware and equipment through regular inspections Assure that all laws applicable to beverage operations are consistently followed Works with the Banquet Manager and others to ensure efficient beverage service in all of the club’s outlets and for special functions Assists with banquet functions and service in food and beverage areas when necessary Keeps current with changing member preferences and industry trends relative to the beverage operation Prepares garnishes, mixes and pre-mixed drinks Collects checks/payment for drinks served Cleans and locks up according to procedures Attends staff meetings as required   The above-mentioned information is not all-inclusive list of responsibilities, duties and skills required, merely a general description of the nature and level of work.  This document should not be construed as a contract for employment, and is subject to change without notice at the discretion of the employer.
