JOB TITLE:       Utility Sewer 

DEPARTMENT:  Sewing 

FLSA STATUS:  Non-Exempt

LOCATION: Plant 5

SCHEDULE:     Mon – Thurs 6:00 am – 4:30 pm 

Overtime may be required beyond the posted work schedule and may vary on a weekly basis. We are continuing to grow and are currently hiring for multiple full-time positions offering consistent 40–45 hour workweeks, no Saturday schedules, and a comprehensive benefits package. Overview of Responsibilities

• Must have sewing skills to sew various types of sewing styles including Topstitch, French Seam, Zig-zag, Cable Stitch, Surge, repairs of inside & outside upholstery parts & pieces according to production specifications 
• Work with complex fabric
• Comprehend tickets and specifications to ensure accuracy and efficiency
• All other duties as assigned

Qualifications: 

• Minimum 2 years of furniture sewing experience
• High school diploma or GED preferred 
• LEAN Manufacturing experience a plus
• Basic computer knowledge
• Ability to deliver uncompromising quality and detailed craftsmanship
• Must be flexible to work overtime when required
• Able to work independently
• Must be able to lift, handle, and carry 25+ lbs.
