Job Description : We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Public Relations Associate to join our growing communications team. In this role, you will play a critical part in fostering and maintaining positive relationships between our organization and the public, media, and other key stakeholders. The ideal candidate will be passionate about communication, skilled in crafting compelling messages, and adept at managing multiple projects with precision and efficiency. 

Responsibilities:

• Develop and distribute press materials including press releases, media kits, and newsletters.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with journalists, media outlets, and other influencers.
• Monitor and analyze media coverage and report on the effectiveness of PR campaigns.
• Coordinate and support public relations events, press conferences, and promotional activities.
• Assist in managing social media channels to promote brand messaging and engage with the audience.

Qualifications

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency in media monitoring tools and social media platforms.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with various stakeholders.
