Job Summary:

We are looking for a talented Talent Acquisition Leader - Corporate and PSBU to join our Cummins Inc. team in Columbus, IN.

 

In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:

  • Drive talent acquisition strategies that enable business growth and support evolving workforce priorities across Corporate and Power Systems.

  • Lead and inspire a high-performing recruiting team to consistently achieve hiring commitments, quality targets, and service excellence.

  • Partner with business leaders and HR stakeholders to anticipate talent needs and build proactive workforce solutions.

  • Leverage analytics and talent intelligence to optimize recruiting performance and enable data-driven decision making.

  • Advise leaders on labor market trends, competitive talent landscapes, and workforce risks to strengthen organizational capability.

  • Champion innovative recruiting technologies that improve efficiency, scalability, and the overall candidate experience.

  • Establish and maintain recruitment standards, governance practices, and compliant processes that support enterprise objectives.

  • Lead transformation initiatives that enhance team agility, operational excellence, and long-term recruiting effectiveness.

Responsibilities

To be successful in this role, you will need the following:

  • Proven ability to develop and execute strategic talent acquisition initiatives that align workforce outcomes with complex business objectives.

  • Strong leadership and coaching capabilities with a track record of building high-performing teams and delivering results in dynamic environments.

  • Advanced analytical and consulting skills with the ability to translate data, market intelligence, and business insights into actionable strategies.

  • Exceptional relationship-building and communication skills, enabling effective influence across diverse stakeholder groups and organizational levels.

  • Demonstrated success navigating ambiguity, driving change, and balancing customer focus, operational excellence, and business priorities.

     

Education, Licenses, Certifications:

  • College, university, or equivalent degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field, or equivalent experience is required.

  • Serve as a trusted talent advisor, providing strategic guidance on workforce planning, organizational capability needs, and recruiting trends that influence business outcomes.

  • Utilize recruiting analytics, talent intelligence, data visualization, and workforce insights to tell compelling data stories and drive continuous improvement.

  • Build strong partnerships with HR teams, business leaders, workforce planning stakeholders, industry networks, and technology partners to strengthen talent acquisition capabilities.

  • Demonstrate preferred expertise in change management, HR consulting, and business process execution to support organizational agility and sustainable results.

  • Apply strong financial acumen and operational discipline to optimize recruiting resources, budgets, and overall functional performance.

  • Foster an inclusive and customer-centric approach that values diverse perspectives, promotes collaboration, and enhances stakeholder and candidate experiences.

  • Champion modern recruiting technologies, digital transformation initiatives, and innovative talent solutions that create measurable business value.
