Lot Sweeping Crew Leader- Overnight Shift and Set Schedule!

At Pinnacle Landscape a Schill Landscape Collective company, we take pride in delivering top-notch landscape maintenance, snow removal, and parking lot sweeping services to our commercial clients. With a commitment to quality and customer satisfaction, we specialize in creating beautiful, well-maintained outdoor spaces that reflect the unique needs of each property. We are looking to add an Account Manager to help us grow and maintain our reputation for excellence.

Lot Sweeper Operator Job Duties:

• Mechanically operate lot sweeper trucks and sweep commercial properties parking lots to remove trash and debris.

• Safely operate parking lot sweeper equipment and inspect them daily to ensure safe operations.

• Replace exterior trash can liners as required.

• Hand picks trash and debris from landscape and turf areas or that truck misses.

• Follow the Operation Manager's instructions and the planned route schedule that you are given for your territory.

• Time clock entry for properties using software and a company-provided phone.

• Perform miscellaneous tasks as assigned.

Requirements:

• Previous truck operator experience preferred.
• Team player and positive attitude. 
• Ability to work in all inclement weather. 
• Clean driving record and must be able to pass an MVR check.

Schedule:

• Set Schedule
• Shift starts at 9:00 pm and the shift can go to 6:00 am or 7:00 am
