Job DetailsJob Location: University Village - Columbus, OH 43202Position Type: Full TimeJob Category: SalesWe are hiring for a Leasing & Marketing Manager at our University Village location. As the Leasing & Marketing Manager (LMM), you will oversee and direct execution of all onsite sales, leasing, and marketing policies, processes, and workflows to ensure the Community meets the budgeted renewal and pre-leasing target goals in line with budgeted marketing parameters.  Property manager experience is helpful due to the size of the property and scope of work.  Responsibilities:  Manage all aspects of the leasing process, including conducting property tours, responding to leasing inquiries, and facilitating lease signings.  Collaborate with the leasing team to meet occupancy goals and leasing targets for each property.  Coordinate move-in and move-out procedures, conducting unit inspections and ensuring a smooth transition for residents.  Develop and execute marketing plans tailored to the student housing market, utilizing both digital and traditional marketing channels.  Create engaging content for social media platforms, email campaigns, and advertising materials to attract prospective residents.  Identify opportunities for partnerships with local colleges and universities to increase brand visibility and student outreach.  Serve as the primary point of contact for residents, addressing inquiries, concerns, and maintenance requests in a timely and professional manner.  Organize resident events and community-building activities to foster a sense of belonging and promote a positive living experience.  Ensure compliance with fair housing laws and regulations in all leasing and marketing activities.  Prepare leasing reports and financial analyses to monitor leasing performance and identify opportunities.  Work closely with property management, maintenance staff, and other team members to address resident needs and maintain property standards.  Provide guidance and support to leasing agents and leasing assistants, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.  Lead regular team meetings and training sessions to stay informed about property updates and industry trends.  Other tasks as directed and assigned.      Qualifications:  Strong sales skillsets  Strong leadership skills  Excellent customer service skills and ability to connect with residents  Social Media experience (targeted marketing and advertising)  Experience in preparing monthly variance reporting  Knowledge of billing procedures and collection techniques  Ability to learn and adapt to changing technology, Working knowledge of MS Office and databases  Patience and ability to manage stress  Excellent communication skills (written and oral)  Skilled in negotiation  Problem-solving skills    Physical Requirements:  Sitting, walking, standing in an office area for long periods of time  Ability to verbally communicate  Be able to lift to up to 15 pounds  Ability to use hands and arms for writing, typing, lifting, holding, grabbing, and pulling.  Qualifications
