NOW HIRING: GENERAL MANAGER
We are looking for an experienced General Manager to lead our restaurant team and drive operational, financial, and guest experience success.
Requirements:
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
- 3+ years of restaurant management experience
- Strong leadership, communication, and team-building skills
- Experience managing restaurant operations, labor, food costs, and budgets
Key Responsibilities:
- Own the location’s profit and loss
- Manage food costs, labor costs, and operating expenses while driving sales growth
- Hire, train, and develop Assistant General Managers, Shift Managers, and Supervisors
- Maintain a strong management team and develop internal talent
- Ensure a high-quality guest experience through floor presence, table visits, and real-time coaching
- Create weekly labor schedules based on forecasted business volume and staffing needs
- Conduct weekly and monthly food and beverage inventories and identify waste or shrinkage
- Maintain compliance with health codes, food safety regulations, liquor license requirements, and employment laws
- Respond to guest feedback and identify opportunities for improvement
- Partner with marketing and operations leadership on promotions, menu rollouts, and local store marketing
- Lead team meetings and conduct individual coaching and performance conversations
- Manage vendor relationships, approve invoices, and maintain purchasing within budget
