- Partner & Client Relations: Act as the primary Levy ambassador to build deep, high-trust relationships with venue owners, team executives, and premium sponsors. [2, 5]

- Financial Management: Direct comprehensive financial planning, labor forecasting, P&L management, and budgeting to hit aggressive profitability benchmarks. [2]
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Proactively coach and align onsite department heads—including the Executive Chef, Concessions Director, and Premium Services Manager. [2]
- Technology & Capital Improvements: Oversee major capital project rollouts, including stadium kitchen refurbishments and location-wide Point-of-Sale (POS) software upgrades. [1, 2]
- Safety & Regulatory Standards: Enforce strict asset management, safety procedures, and sanitation codes across all food and beverage touchpoints. [2, 4]
Job Requirements & Qualifications

- Experience: Minimum of 7 to 10+ years of high-volume, multi-unit hospitality, or sports and entertainment venue management experience.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management, business administration, finance, or a related field.
- Technical Skills: Exceptional data analysis skills to evaluate complex P&L frameworks, labor tracking tools, and modern retail hospitality technologies.
- Schedule Flexibility: Willingness to work irregular hours, including late nights, weekends, and holidays according to the venue's live event schedule. [2, 4, 5]

- Salary Range: Typically $130,000 to $150,000+ per year, depending heavily on the scale of the assigned stadium or market.

We are seeking a Regional Director of Operations to support the dining and environmental services departments within senior living communities in X region, city, state(s).
Key Responsibilities:Â Â
- Leadership of multiple operations in the senior living setting with total managed volume in excess of $XX million.
- Develops, recommends, and implements policies and procedures of the region
- Supports the development and implementation of clinical and resident service programs that meet client and regulatory standards
- Participates in the sales process for the acquisition of new business
- Monitors financial reports of the accounts to ensure budgetary compliance
- Develops and motivates an effective management and clinical staff t
- Visits units regularly to inspect unit operations to ensure contract compliance Â
- Interfaces with existing clients to maintain client satisfaction and account retention
- Resolves client, resident ,and associate related complaints
- Conducts appropriate annual and semi-annual performance evaluations
- Completes all daily, weekly, and monthly reports as outlined in the corporate policy
- Projects a high level of customer service at all
- Trains, motivates, and develops management personnel
Preferred Qualifications:Â
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or Health Care related field, or equivalent related experienceÂ
- Proven ability to manage a team of six or more?manager-level?team membersÂ
- Minimum of?two years’ experience in multi-unit foodservice managementÂ
- Experience with multi-unit foodservice management?with a combined managed volume of $XÂ million or greaterÂ
