ROUTE DRIVER

Description

S&S Tire of Columbia, SC a leading multi-location regional wholesale tire dealer is urgently seeking an experienced DRIVER. Non-CDL will be driving a 22–26-foot box truck. This position requires recent DOT driving experience. If you are a true professional, with superior skills, you need to apply today!

Duties performed in this position include, but are not limited to:

• Delivering tires to customers
• Pulling and loading tires
• Assisting in the warehouse after daily deliveries are completed when necessary
• Hours - M-F 6a-3p

Position Includes:

• Starting at $17.00/hour, based on experience and qualifications.
• Full-time, weekly pay, with consistent over time.
• End of Training / 90 day increase
• Monday-Friday

Requirements

• Must be able to lift and/or move tires with or without mechanical assistance
• Frequent bending, twisting and lifting
• Must be willing, and have the ability to, to operate all warehouse related equipment
• Minimum 1 year of verifiable driving experience and 23 years of age
• Good vehicle safety record (no more than 3 violations in the last 3 years)
• Valid driver's license - in good standing
• Forklift license is a plus
