  • Gather, process, and analyze military tactical and operational data in support of planning, testing, capability assessments, and operational decision-making.
  • Identify and resolve integration issues across software, data, interfaces, infrastructure, cybersecurity, mission systems, procedures, and operational workflows that could affect successful capability employment at the NSDC.
  • Provide operational insight to Program Managers, System Engineers, software teams, test organizations, acquisition professionals, and leadership regarding space force structure, mission systems, capabilities, limitations, dependencies, and employment considerations.
  • Support synchronization of program roadmaps, capability releases, test events, training, fielding, and operational transition activities with mission priorities and readiness timelines.
  • Apply knowledge of Software Acquisition Pathway and DevOps practices to support iterative capability development, continuous operator feedback, rapid testing, and delivery of operationally relevant software increments.
  • Use program management and collaboration tools such as Jira and Confluence to maintain traceability of operational requirements, actions, risks, dependencies, test findings, user feedback, and fielding status.
  • Develop solutions to complex operational and integration problems requiring sound judgment, ingenuity, collaboration, and an understanding of both mission operations and program execution.
  • Adaptable professional with demonstrated success in navigating dynamic, fast-paced environments while maintaining focus, meeting deadlines, and delivering quality results in evolving priorities and organizational needs.
