Lia Toyota Colonie is seeking Maintenance/Janitorial to join our team.

COMPENSATION RANGE: $18-$19/hour based on experience

SIGN ON BONUS: N/A

REQUIREMENTS:

• Previous janitorial/maintenance experience preferred
• Positive attitude
• Punctual
• Must have clean & valid driver's license

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Keeps entire dealership in clean and orderly condition
• Performs any combination of the following duties: Sweeps, mops, scrubs and vacuums hallways, stairs and office spaces
• Shop maintenance
• Building maintenance
• Landscaping and/or winter plowing
• All other tasks assigned by Manager
