Customer Care Representative

Responsibilities

You will represent our commitment to excellence by ensuring every interaction begins on a positive, professional note.

• Reviews and determines final disposition of returns and allowances and labor claim requests.
• Quotes prices for special doors and coordinates special product orders with plant personnel.
• Maintains relationships with source plants and vendors for accurate pricing and applications.
• Supports on-boarding of new customers.
• Understanding of Returns and Allowances.

Qualifications

• Customer Engagement: Able to Greet customers in a courteous, friendly, and professional manner via phone, email, chat, or in-person
• 2-4 years prior experience required, industry experience preferred.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
