The Details
- Location: College Station, TX and surrounding areas, with travel as needed
- Job Type: Full Time
- Pay: $16.00 - $18.00
No two days are exactly the same, but you'll spend your time helping protect the condition, value, and appearance of the homes we manage.
- Replace air filters and complete scheduled preventative maintenance tasks
- Inspect homes and identify maintenance concerns before they become larger problems
- Perform appliance maintenance, testing, and routine inspections
- Document completed work, photos, and recommendations for follow-up
- Assist with minor repairs and maintenance work orders when appropriate
- Monitor property conditions, including doors, screens, weather stripping, gutters, fences, and other home components
- Communicate professionally with residents and provide excellent customer service during visits
- Help ensure every home is left clean, functional, and well cared for

- Basic knowledge of residential maintenance systems is a plus
- Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record required
- Ability to manage time effectively and work independently
