Willis Infiniti is seeking an experienced A-Level Automotive Technician to join our busy, high-volume service department in Des Moines, Iowa.

We're looking for a technician who can diagnose complex vehicle concerns independently, perform advanced electrical and mechanical repairs, and consistently deliver high-quality workmanship.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

As an A-Level Automotive Technician, you'll be responsible for accurately diagnosing and repairing Infiniti vehicles while maintaining manufacturer and dealership quality standards.

Responsibilities include:

• Diagnose and repair Infiniti vehicles using factory procedures and diagnostic equipment
  

• Perform advanced diagnostics on electrical, engine, transmission, HVAC, suspension, steering, braking, and drivability systems
  

• Diagnose and resolve complex mechanical and electrical concerns
  

• Perform advanced troubleshooting and root-cause diagnosis
  

• Complete customer-pay and warranty repairs accurately and efficiently
  

• Perform multi-point inspections and identify recommended repairs
  

• Maintain strong productivity and quality standards
  

• Communicate repair findings and recommendations with Service Advisors
  

• Maintain accurate repair orders and documentation
  

• Properly utilize diagnostic equipment, specialty tools, and manufacturer resources
  

• Follow all dealership safety procedures and manufacturer standards
  

• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work environment
  

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

We're looking for an experienced technician who can work independently, diagnose accurately, and take pride in doing the job right the first time.

Required:

• 5+ years of professional automotive technician experience
  

• Strong diagnostic and electrical troubleshooting skills
  

• Ability to independently diagnose complex vehicle concerns
  

• Strong mechanical and electrical knowledge
  

• Ability to efficiently complete repairs in a fast-paced dealership environment
  

• Excellent attention to detail and quality workmanship
  

• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
  

Preferred:

• Previous Infiniti or Nissan dealership experience
  

• Luxury import dealership experience
  

• ASE Certifications
  

• Infiniti factory certifications
  

• Manufacturer training and certifications
  

• Experience with advanced electrical and diagnostic systems
