About the Role

The Marketing Specialist is a hands-on, versatile marketing generalist who supports the day-to-day execution of Turtle's marketing programs across design, digital channels, email campaigns, and social media, with cross-functional support extending into events and other team initiatives. This role is ideal for a marketer who enjoys variety, moves comfortably between creative and technical tasks, and wants to build broad marketing experience within a collaborative, fast-paced team. Reporting directly to the VP of Marketing & Strategic Relationships, this individual will play a key role in bringing campaigns to life — from initial concept and design through execution and deployment.

What You'll Do:

Design & Creative

  • Design marketing assets including flyers, social graphics, email templates, signage, and presentation materials in line with Turtle's brand guidelines.
  • Support the creation of sales enablement materials, one-pagers, and co-branded vendor content.
  • Source, organize, and adapt vendor-supplied media assets (logos, product photography, videos) for use across Turtle marketing materials.
  • Maintain brand consistency across all internal and external-facing marketing collateral.

Digital & Email Marketing

  • Build, schedule, and deploy email campaigns, including segmentation, testing, and performance tracking.
  • Support website updates, landing pages, and digital content needs across marketing initiatives.
  • Monitor and report on digital campaign performance, providing recommendations for optimization.

Social Media

  • Plan, create, and publish content across Turtle's social media channels (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram).
  • Repurpose existing marketing content (case studies, spotlights, community news) into platform-appropriate formats.
  • Track social media analytics and engagement trends to inform content strategy.

Cross-Functional Support

  • Provide event support as needed — assisting with materials, signage, and logistics for sales summits, vendor events, trade shows, etc. — in partnership with the team's dedicated events lead.
  • Collaborate with brand/creative and field marketing team members on integrated campaigns.
  • Support ad hoc marketing projects and initiatives as priorities evolve.

What You'll Bring

  • 2–4 years of experience in a marketing role, ideally spanning design, digital, and social media.
  • Proficiency with design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite or Canva.
  • Experience with email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot, Constant Contact, or similar).
  • Working knowledge of major social media platforms and basic content scheduling tools.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple deadlines and priorities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Comfortable traveling occasionally to support in-person events.
  • Experience in B2B, distribution, or industrial marketing.
  • Experience supporting co-op or vendor-funded marketing programs.

  • Vision insurance
  • Life insurance
  • Paid holidays
  • Vacation
