Forklift Operator / Pack-Out Associate

2nd Shift- Monday-Friday 3:30pm-12 midnight

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment safely and efficiently.

• Transport raw materials and finished goods throughout the facility.

• Support converting operations by moving materials to and from production areas.

• Package finished products according to customer specifications and work instructions.

• Label, palletize, wrap, and stage products for shipment.

• Assist with loading and unloading trucks.

• Verify quantities and inspect products for damage or quality concerns before shipment.

• Maintain accurate inventory and material movement records.

• Keep warehouse, production, and staging areas organized and clean.

• Follow all safety, quality, and operational procedures.

• Assist with other warehouse and production support duties as needed.

QUALIFICATION/REQUIREMENTS:

• High School Diploma or GED

• Previous forklift operating experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment.

• Forklift certification preferred.

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Dependable attendance and strong work ethic.

• Most be able to frequently move, lift, and carry materials weighing up to 50 pounds.
