Responsibilities
The Access Center Representative provides scheduling support and appointment information to UC Health ambulatory patients. Agents schedule appointments and complete registration for identified UC Health ambulatory departments.Qualifications
Education:Â High school diploma or GED required.
Experience:Â No experience is required. 0-6 months is preferred.
Required Skills and Knowledge:
- Excellent customer service skills and attitude.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast paced Call Center.
- Knowledge of medical terminology.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
