As a CT Technologist, you’ll play a critical role in our radiology department by producing high-quality CT scans that support accurate diagnoses and effective treatments. Working independently and as part of a team, you’ll ensure every scan is performed with precision, safety, and care.

Responsibilities

· Perform diagnostic CT procedures according to physician orders and safety protocols

· Communicate clearly with patients and team members, ensuring a positive experience

· Operate equipment with precision, maintaining proper exposure levels and techniques

· Review images for quality and diagnostic acceptability

· Prepare and administer contrast media under physician direction

· Practice sterile techniques and assist with emergency procedures when needed

· Participate in continuing education and development

Qualifications

Education and Experience Requirements:

  • Associate’s degree required
  • 1–2 years of experience preferred
  • Registered with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) and current state license required
  • Completion of JRCERT approved program in Radiologic Technology or an Associate of Science Degree in Radiologic Technology.  
  • Successfully completed and passed CT registry. 
  • Must participate in continuing education activities in accordance to the ARRT guidelines.  
  • Valid Ohio radiologic license. 
  • Current CPR certification by the American Heart Association must be held.
  • Required Skills and Knowledge: Must complete at least 24 hours of direct credit continuing education every 2 years
