We’re hiring an Entry-Level Event Marketing Assistant to join our growing team. You’ll work directly with customers at live events and retail-based campaigns while representing clients across industries including telecommunications, nonprofit/charitable organizations, and sports campaigns.

No previous event or marketing experience is required. We provide hands-on training, daily coaching, and opportunities to develop professionally based on your performance.

This opportunity is ideal for recent graduates, former student-athletes, hospitality or retail professionals, and motivated individuals who enjoy working with people and want a career with room to grow.

What You'll Do
  • Represent client brands at live events, retail locations, and promotional campaigns
  • Engage with customers face-to-face and create positive brand experiences
  • Assist with event setup, organization, and day-to-day execution
  • Communicate client products, services, promotions, or campaign initiatives
  • Support customer acquisition, sales, and brand awareness goals
  • Work alongside team members to achieve individual and event performance targets
  • Participate in ongoing training focused on communication, sales, marketing strategy, product knowledge, and leadership
  • Travel to select events and other markets when opportunities are available
