HIRING: Monday to Friday Caregivers

Exhava Home Care is now hiring compassionate and dependable caregivers to support older adults in the comfort of their own homes. 

If you enjoy helping others and are comfortable assisting with daily activities such as bathing, toileting, companionship, and running errands, this role is for you. What You'll Do: 

• Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, grooming, toileting, dressing, and mobility support.
• Provide companionship, emotional support, and social engagement.
• Help with meal preparation, feeding (as needed), and hydration.
• Maintain a clean and safe home environment (light housekeeping, linen changes)
• Assist with errands, grocery shopping, ot transportation when required.
• Follow individualized care plans and report any changes to the care team.
• Ensure client comfort, dignity, and safety at all times.

• Flexible and adaptable to different clients and home environments
• Must be willing to drive 30+ minutes to work.

• 5+ years of caregiving experience 
• Active California Home Care Aide (HCA) registration
• Current TB test result or chest X-ray (per state regulations)
• Legally eligible to work in the U.S (valid ID, Social Security card, etc.)
• Valid driver's license and active car insurance

• Competitive Pay: $20-$25/hr
