Administrative Assistant

As the Administrative Assistant, you will support our nursing department with a variety of tasks, including:

• ensuring adequate and appropriate staffing of the facility's nursing department to meet the needs of the residents, based on budget and census
• tracking attendance, time card corrections, and changes in positions
• completing state mandated postings and monitor other related schedule issues
• working closely with the interdisciplinary director team on quality initiatives

Required Qualifications:

• high school education or GED equivalent

Preferred Qualifications:

• previous healthcare experience is preferred but not required

Schedule Details:

• Monday - Friday
• 8:00AM - 4:30PM
