As the Administrative Assistant, you will support our nursing department with a variety of tasks, including:
- ensuring adequate and appropriate staffing of the facility's nursing department to meet the needs of the residents, based on budget and census
- tracking attendance, time card corrections, and changes in positions
- completing state mandated postings and monitor other related schedule issues
- working closely with the interdisciplinary director team on quality initiatives
Required Qualifications:
- high school education or GED equivalent
Preferred Qualifications:
- previous healthcare experience is preferred but not required
Schedule Details:
- Monday - Friday
- 8:00AM - 4:30PM
