Pay Rate: Starts at $67,000.00 annually

Hours Available: Monday-Friday [8:00am-4:30pm], [Flexible; may require weekend hours occasionally.]

We are offering a flexible Monday-Friday 8:00am-4:30pm schedule for our Assistant Director position being offered in Port Henry, NY by our Employment Services department.

What you get to do:

Directly oversee the Management team for SEMP, CPV and ACCES-VR to support the overall management and daily operations of all programs within the department.

Assist with oversight of the budget for services, provide input in the development of an annual budget and make fiscally responsible decisions.

Play a key role in fostering a culture of accountability, inclusion and continuous improvement.

Requirements:

Education: Minimum of a Bachelors Degree in Human Services or related field.

Experience: At least three years’ experience working with people with developmental disabilities, including at least one year in a supervisory role is required.

Job Knowledge: Demonstrates understanding of ethical principles and standards consistent with the agency mission statement and credo. Effective communication, presentation, writing, time management and organizational skills and abilities
