Director of Programs
The Director of Programs leads the daily operations and performance of assigned programs within the division, ensuring quality, compliance, and measurable outcomes. This role partners closely with leadership to drive program effectiveness and support team success.

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee program operations, implementation, and evaluation
- Ensure compliance with state, regulatory, and company standards (CA)
- Support staff performance, engagement, and development
- Monitor program outcomes, quality metrics, and service delivery
- Collaborate with leadership to improve processes and outcomes
- May manage a small caseload, as needed

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 1–3+ years of program management or leadership experience
- Experience in healthcare, behavioral health, or human services preferred
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree or the equivalency for credited coursework and experience
- 1-3 total years of experience with intellectually and developmentally disabled clients required
- Strong leadership abilities, with the capacity to inspire and motivate staff and stakeholders towards a common vision
- Valid Driver's License
