Our industry-leading team includes 200+ team members supporting 50+ clients with services spanning content production, experiential and event marketing, hospitality, brand and partnership consulting, creative, social and digital marketing, and platform development. We also own and operate event properties across the professional and collegiate sports landscape, focused on sports including basketball, football, golf, pickleball, and volleyball.

Intersport is seeking to add a Warehouse Coordinator (WC) to manage inventory, shipping, receiving, and logistics operations all in order to keep the warehouse running smoothly. The WC will plan and organize the receiving, storage and distribution of all items received from suppliers or outside companies ensuring and coordinate and maintain files on all inventory transactions. This person will operate with a high degree of independence and is the sole team member present at the warehouse on a day-to-day basis.


Responsibilities
General
  • Embody Intersport’s performance-based culture and commit him/herself and team to the highest standards
  • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to deliver executional excellence
Warehouse Leadership
  • Ensure receipt, coordination, and safety of goods coming through the warehouse
  • Ensure that all goods and supplies are in proper arrangement and storage
  • Load and unload trucks
  • Package product for shipping (e.g. wrapping, boxing and labeling)
  • Ensure the cleanliness and proper stocking of inventory in the work area
  • Conduct cycle counts of inventory and manage daily logs
  • Maintain knowledge of where all products are stored in the warehouse
  • Keep area clean, safe and organized and obey all safety procedures
  • Keep track of all damaged inventory and report damages to supervising authorities
  • Perform other related duties as required
  • Lead and assist in the management of various client-sponsored sports and entertainment property relationships
Working Conditions and Physical Requirements
  • Must be able to bend, reach and lift up to 50 pounds
  • On your feet approximately 8 hours daily
  • Working around dust and occasional noise during the day
  • Safely lift furniture merchandise while elevated on warehouse equipment at heights of 30-40 feet above the ground

Salary and Benefits
The targeted salary range for this position is $55,000 to $70,000, depending on full-time, professional relevant experience.

This position includes medical, dental, vision, parental leave benefits and 401(k) with company match for qualified employees. This position will include a to-be-determined commissions structure.


Qualifications
  • Two (2) years in-house logistics experience or equivalent
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Must be willing to work in a warehouse environment
  • Basic understanding of Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Ability to read and comprehend documents along with write reports and correspondence
  • Ability to work independently and with a team
  • Excellent listening skills
  • Extremely organized
  • Prior experience operating a forklift, pallet jacks, etc.
