Position Responsibilities:Â
- Analyze large, complex data sets to address strategic and operational business questions
- Distills and communicates key insights across all levels of the organization
- Perform data analysis, build business models, and develop reports / dashboards to support supplier and retailer guidelines, including shelving guidance giving leverage to regional marketing teams for use by local sales teams
- Delivery of standard category management practices: shelf management, promotion planning/analysis, pricing analysis, and business development projects
- Responsible for supporting strategic planning by delivering forward-looking consumer/shopper analysis to increase our overall business through evaluating threats, implications, opportunities and making actionable recommendations
- Conduct supplier/brand analyses – including financials, pricing, profitability, and simulation models pertaining to market data to strategize business optimization, promotions, categories, pricing, forecasting, and planning
- Travel up to 15% of the time
- Other duties as assignedÂ
Required Education and Experience:Â
- Bachelor's Degree with 6 to 8 plus years of related experience or High School Diploma/General Education Diploma with 9 to 11 plus years of specific experience
Preferred Education and Experience:Â
- Master’s DegreeÂ
