About the Role


We're looking for a motivated and ambitious Project Management Associate to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career professional who is eager to build a career in project management, take initiative, and grow quickly within a dynamic, fast-paced environment. You'll support the planning, execution, and delivery of projects while developing the skills needed to advance into more senior PM roles.


Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in developing project plans, timelines, and budgets under the guidance of senior project managers
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to track deliverables, milestones, and deadlines
  • Monitor project progress and flag risks or delays to leadership in a timely manner
  • Prepare status reports, meeting notes, and project documentation
  • Support resource allocation and scheduling across active projects
  • Help facilitate team meetings, stand-ups, and stakeholder check-ins
  • Maintain project management tools and systems 
  • Proactively identify process improvements and contribute ideas to increase team efficiency
  • Take ownership of smaller project components or workstreams as skills develop

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)
  • 0–2 years of experience in project coordination, management, or a related role (internships count)
  • Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office/Google Workspace; familiarity with project management software is a plus
