As a member of our front office team, you’ll be the face and voice of our practice. Your ability to make patients feel comfortable, cared for, and valued will make a meaningful difference every day.

As our Front Office Coordinator, you'll be an important part of creating a great experience for our patients.


What You’ll Do:

  • Welcome patients with a warm, friendly, and professional attitude

  • Schedule appointments and maintain an organized clinic calendar

  • Assist with patient check-in and check-out

  • Verify patient information and insurance details accurately

  • Answer phones and respond to patient questions and inquiries

  • Provide information about our services and help patients navigate their visits

  • Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area

  • Communicate and collaborate with our clinical and administrative teams

  • Complete administrative tasks including filing, data entry, and other office responsibilities

  • Help create a smooth, positive experience for every patient
