- Answer telephone calls promptly and direct appropriately, using a professional and courteous tone of voice and the approved greeting.
- Occasionally overtime could be required to meet customer needs.
- External relations (customers and distributors) and internally (labs, logistics, accounting etc.)
- Supports the site HES policy and complies with all regulatory and internal requirements.
- Participates in HES activities provided by site management and Arkema Inc. (e.g., Behavioral Base Safety,
- Supports and promotes the reporting of all health, safety, environmental, near-miss, accident, or injury incidents.
- The scope of responsibilities is broad and the ability to manage multiple work streams simultaneously is essential.
- Interaction with various plant personnel, including but not limited to Warehouse, Production, Maintenance, Engineering, and Supply Chain.
- Manufacturing environment with chemical, physical, ergonomic, and electrical hazards.     Work includes proximity to powered industrial trucks.
- Work is primarily performed in indoor environmental conditions. Employees are subject to atmospheric conditions, including, but not limited to, exposure to dust, chemicals, and odors.
- Works with or around hazardous substances.
- Recommend work method improvements.
- Minimal to no travel required.

- HS diploma + 2 years logistics and transportation, or equivalent experience.
- Experience in Exports (Documentation, Letters of Credit etc.)
- Proficient use of all Microsoft Office applications
- SAP experience preferred.
- Knowledge in DOT regulations; DOT/IATA/IMDG certification preferred.
- Good written and verbal communication skills and professional attitude
- Maintain training required to ship hazardous and dangerous goods internationally and domestically.
- Knowledge in bar code systems, including handheld scanners, location, and item tracking with bar codes.
- Strong working knowledge of logistics practices and methods including Bulk Tank Trucks and Package Materials
