Job Description
**This is a Full-time Contract Position**
With limited supervision, responsible for performing complex and varied maintenance tasks requiring a high degree of technical skill and judgment. The Facilities Maintenance Mechanic III collaborates closely with multiple departments to optimize facility operations.
Duties and Responsibilities

- Lead projects involving repair, installation, and alteration of building and production infrastructure.
- Maintain up-to-date safety and Emergency Response certifications and ensure compliance with OSHA standards.
- Provide guidance, coaching, and support to Level I and II mechanics.
- Recommend and implement improvements that enhance equipment reliability and maintenance efficiency.
- Review blueprints and technical documentation to plan repair and maintenance tasks.
- Execute corrective and preventive maintenance on complex mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and semiconductor-related equipment systems.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple assignments with minimal supervision.
- Excellent verbal and written communication, capable of liaising across teams.
- Skilled in interpreting complex technical drawings and documents.
- Strong leadership and mentoring capabilities.
- Advanced skills in multiple trades including HVAC, water purification, chemical distribution, and waste treatment systems.
Minimum Qualifications (Education, Experience, Certification, & Licensure)
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 3 years of facilities maintenance or skilled trades experience
