Overwatch Construction Management is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Project Manager to join our team. As a trusted owner's representative, Overwatch provides project and construction management services on complex capital projects, helping clients successfully navigate design, construction, commissioning, occupancy, and closeout.
The Senior Project Manager will lead Overwatch's day-to-day project management and construction management services on a complex capital project.
The Senior Project Manager will begin as a hybrid role and transition to an on-site role in Chattanooga, TN in early 2027. Applicant must be available to work on-site.
Salary Range: $125,000 - $135,000

Responsibilities
- Serve as Overwatch's primary onsite representative and day-to-day point of contact for the client, contractor, and project stakeholders.
- Represent the client's interests throughout design, construction, commissioning, turnover, and closeout.
- Lead coordination among the owner, design team, contractor, commissioning team, and project stakeholders to support successful project delivery.
- Evaluate change orders, contractor cost proposals, requests for equitable adjustment, and other contract modifications, and provide recommendations to the client.
- Review contractor payment applications and support informed project decisions related to cost, progress, and performance.
- Identify and help resolve project issues involving scope, budget, quality, constructability, and stakeholder coordination.
- Coordinate inspections, testing, commissioning, turnover, occupancy, and project closeout activities.
- Lead the project team, including field staff and project support personnel, while maintaining accurate project records and reporting.
- 10+ years of construction management, owner's representative, or program management experience on large capital projects.
- Experience leading projects through design, construction, commissioning, turnover, and closeout.
- Experience evaluating change orders, contractor cost proposals, payment applications, and construction contract modifications.
- Strong understanding of construction contract administration, quality management, project controls, and risk management.
- Experience managing project teams and coordinating multiple stakeholders.
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Federal construction project experience preferred.
- Ability to obtain project-required security credentials and background clearances.
