Responsibilities :
- Provide continuous improvment support to all departments
- Capture, update files, upload data to portal, presentations on infomration
- Evaluate operational standards and work on PDCA
- Follow up with 5S auditors, provide back up audits, update files/presentations, perform training, hands on shop floor activities
- Execute problem-solving techniques on the shop floor

Ideal Candidate Profile :
- Engineering degree required
- Automotive industry and Lean Manufacturing adequate background
- Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills (advanced preferred)
- Power BI knowledge
- Good problem-solving skills
- Time study experience
- Good knowledge of plastic manufacturing processes (injection, paint and assembly), Equipment and process flow
- Team player, effective leadership, self-determined in approach to tasks, systematic and disciplined approach to activities
