We are seeking an Advisor to join the Integration & Automation (I&A) team within Data Measurement & Reporting. This role is critical to delivering technical reporting solutions, user interfaces, data analysis, and automation workflows that support provider data quality, regulatory compliance, and operational readiness across several high‑visibility enterprise initiatives.Â
Â
This role requires equal parts technical skill and knowledge with the ability to fully understand the business processes it supports. The candidate will lead and manage medium complexity projects, or components of larger projects impacting multiple business units relating to quality data analysis, quality excellence, and process improvement.
Â
This is a high energy, high work ethic role – continuously innovating the way we work to drive accuracy and efficiency, while supporting a technical, strong, and empowered team.
Key ResponsibilitiesÂ
- Serve as a technical liaison between business and IT, while also performing hands‑on development work; this role is a hybrid of developer and business analyst, not a requirements‑only positionÂ
- Design, develop, and maintain complex technical solutions, including custom user interfaces, automation tools, and data pipelines supporting provider data, adoption, and regulatory compliance initiativesÂ
- Develop and maintain processes that ingest, transform, reconcile, and consolidate data from multiple internal systems and external vendor filesÂ
- Automate complex reconciliation and matching processes, reducing manual effort and enabling low‑touch or one‑click workflows for operational teamsÂ
- Refactor and modernize legacy reporting and automation solutions, improving performance, scalability, reliability, and maintainability across enterprise migration and modernization initiativesÂ
- Work hands‑on with complex and incomplete (“messy”) data, partnering with business stakeholders to understand upstream processes, data gaps, and system behaviorsÂ
- Partner directly with IT teams at a technical design level, defining data structures, tables, indices, and upstream capture requirements to ensure solutions are implemented correctly and sustainablyÂ
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation to reduce manual effort, improve data quality, and increase operational efficiencyÂ
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and reliability across regulated and compliance‑sensitive environments through strong development, validation, and quality practicesÂ
Required QualificationsÂ
- Bachelor's degree or higher or equivalent work experience
- Minimum 7+ years of experience working in a role creating programmatic solutions and driving insights from large data sets
- Strong experience with complex SQL and relational data designÂ
- Proficiency in Python, C#, SSIS, and SAS (or comparable combination of scripting and programming languages)Â
- Experience building custom user interfaces or internal tools that support data capture, automation, or operational workflowsÂ
- Ability to translate complex business processes into technical, production‑ready solutionsÂ
- Experience working cross‑functionally with business partners and IT teams in complex enterprise environmentsÂ
- Ability to quickly deliver in an ambiguous environment – able to handle multiple iterations to accomplish the final product
- Able to organize and execute project deliverables with high quality, leadership, and drive strategic execution
This role is also anticipated to be eligible to participate in an annual bonus plan.
