Qualifications Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent Current Virginia Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification required CNA certification must be in good standing with the Virginia Board of Nursing CPR Healthcare Provider certification preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Compassionate, dependable, and committed to quality resident care
