Committed Caregiver - Full-Time

Guardian Angel Senior Services is seeking a compassionate, dependable caregiver who is ready to make a lasting difference in one senior's daily life.

This is more than a shift-based caregiving position. You will work consistently with the same client, building trust, learning their routines, and becoming a familiar, reassuring presence in their home. With this one-to-one role, you will not be constantly rotating between unfamiliar clients. Instead, you will have the opportunity to build one strong, meaningful relationship and make a real impact every day.

Your Responsibilities

As a caregiver, you will provide personalized in-home support that may include:

• Assisting with bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal care

• Preparing meals and helping maintain a clean, comfortable home

• Providing medication reminders

• Running errands and assisting with local outings

• Offering companionship, conversation, and emotional support

• Observing changes in your client's condition and communicating concerns promptly

• Supporting daily routines in a calm, respectful, and dependable manner

What We're Looking For

We are looking for someone who is:

• Committed to a full-time, ongoing schedule

• Reliable, patient, caring, and professional

• Comfortable supporting seniors with dignity and respect

• Able to build trust and maintain a consistent client relationship

• Able to notice small changes and respond calmly when something seems wrong

• A valid driver's license holder

HHA or CNA certification is a plus, but it is not required. Training is available for the right candidate.

A Day That Matters

Your day begins with a familiar hello-not a new client, a new routine, or another rushed introduction. You will help your client begin the day comfortably, support personal care and meals, keep the home organized, and share meaningful conversation.

Over time, you will learn the details that matter: how they take their tea, which music helps them relax, what makes them laugh, and what a good day feels like to them. At the end of your shift, you will know you helped make someone's day safer, easier, and more like their own.
