Job DetailsJob Location: PMC-Charlottesville Corps - CHARLOTTESVILLE, VA 22902Position Type: Seasonal Full TimeEducation Level: High School Diploma/GEDSalary Range: $16.95 - $18.00 HourlyTravel Percentage: MinimalJob Shift: DaySchedule/Hours: (40 hours per week)   This position is responsible for: Recruits, trains, coordinates, and monitors the work of employee and volunteer bell ringers ensuring ample staff to meet location needs; prepares records and reports regarding the same.     Key Responsibilities: Knowledge of volunteer recruitment methods and practices. Ability to follow instructions and work with limited supervision. Ability to prepare accurate and complete records and reports. Ability to build and maintain effective working relationships with volunteers and staff. Ability to lead, motivate, and evaluate the work of volunteers and staff. Ability to maintain volunteer and financial database.       Physical Requirements and Working Conditions: Ability to meet attendance requirements. Ability to read, write, and communicate the English language. Duties are usually performed seated.  Sitting may be relieved by brief or occasional periods of standing or walking. Duties include extensive driving to and from kettle locations 50-75% of work time.
