We are looking for a versatile and motivated Physical Therapist Assistant to join our team in the South Charlotte area supporting a luxury 55+ community. This unique role offers the best of both worlds: the collaborative environment of our outpatient clinic and the personalized, one-on-one impact of outpatient home visits.

This is a perfect opportunity for a PTA who enjoys variety in their day and wants to grow alongside a flourishing practice.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality manual therapy and exercise-based treatments

• Conduct outpatient home visits for local patients, ensuring they receive top-tier care in a comfortable environment

• Develop and implement individualized plans of care based on patient goals and clinical findings

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress

• Provide wellness classes or personal training formats for patients

What We’re Looking For

• Experience: Minimum of 1–2 years of clinical experience (Outpatient experience preferred)

• Licensure: Active North Carolina Physical Therapist Assistant license

• Flexibility: Comfortable traveling to community

• Professionalism: Strong communication skills and a patient-centered approach to care.
