We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced IT Support Analyst to join our growing team. The IT Support Analyst will be responsible for providing technical support and troubleshooting for all IT systems and software.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software systems
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues as needed
- Create and maintain documentation for IT systems and procedures
- Train staff on new systems and software as needed
- Collaborate with other IT team members to identify and implement process improvements
- Stay current on industry trends and new technologies to make recommendations for system updates and improvements
- Provide excellent customer service to all employees and stakeholders
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience with Active Directory, Group Policy, and network security
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
