Job Summary

Job Summary

The Wellbeing Programs Specialist provides coordination, communications, quality assurance, reporting, and operational support for wellbeing and population health initiatives within Total Rewards. This role helps keep work organized, accurate, accessible, inclusive, employee-friendly, and on time while building foundational Total Rewards experience and supporting engagement efforts that increase awareness, participation, and employee support.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Support wellbeing, benefits, and broader Total Rewards communications, including employee messages, FAQs, intranet updates, templates, publishing coordination, annual enrollment, new hire education, targeted engagement initiatives, and year-round resource updates.
  • Maintain Total Rewards program content, calendars, resource libraries, governance tools, review schedules, archived materials, version control records, and internal platform updates.
  • Coordinate logistics for corporate wellbeing campaigns, vendor meetings, webinars, events, surveys, incentives, program calendars, action items, approvals, launch follow-ups, and other tasks as assigned.
  • Perform first-pass quality checks for clarity, formatting, links, accessibility, version control, review routing, and distribution readiness.
  • Support multiple concurrent projects, communications, deadlines, and deliverables by maintaining organized trackers, monitoring follow-up items, and ensuring materials are accurate, complete, and ready for review or distribution.
  • Collect and summarize participation data, survey results, employee feedback themes, common questions, project status, scorecards, program metrics, engagement trends, and available outcome indicators to support communication and program improvements.

Required Experience & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business, communications, or related field required; equivalent experience may be considered.
  • 1–3 years of experience in Total Rewards, benefits, HR operations, communications, project coordination, wellbeing, or related program support.
  • Strong organization, writing, proofreading, deadline management, follow-through, curiosity, and comfort working with data, systems, digital tools, and cross-functional teams.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office or comparable productivity tools, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, shared team collaboration tools, digital content platforms, and AI-supported drafting or organization tools used with appropriate review.

Preferred Experience & Skills

  • Basic understanding of employer-sponsored benefit programs, wellbeing offerings,
  • or HR service processes.
  • Wellness, health education, benefits, communications, or project coordination training or certification.
