The Opportunity

We are currently seeking an Inplant Manager for our on-site ink room and production.  You will lead ink production, color matching, QC and inventory management.  The role requires strong technical service skills, color vision and supervisory experience, with a focus on delivering superior service and maintaining customer satisfaction. 

Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Performing technical service, color matching, ink production and dispensing ink
  • Performing Quality Control tests on incoming and site-manufactured batches
  • Inventory management and monthly consignment counts
  • Maintaining customer satisfaction by superior service
  • Directing, coordinating, and planning the activities of Ink Technicians
  • Communicating and training all technicians and operators on operational procedures, assuring they are understood and implemented when applicable
  • Providing continued operational support and conducting in plant quality audits

  • Experience: 3+ years managing teams in a fast-paced environment.
  • Leadership: Proven ability to coach diverse teams and build inclusive, highly motivated environments.
  • Operations: Solid background in budget oversight, resource scheduling, and operational metric reporting.
  • Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills for delivering constructive employee feedback.
