Contracts Administrator – JLL

What this job involves:

As a Contracts Administrator, you will serve as the backbone of procurement and contract compliance for JLL and our clients. This role focuses on ensuring supplier contract relationships are properly documented, managed, and maintained in full compliance with both JLL and client requirements. You will play a critical part in supporting seamless operations by managing data integrity, coordinating supplier transitions, and serving as a first point of contact for risk management inquiries. This position offers an opportunity to work at the intersection of procurement, compliance, and supplier relationship management while contributing directly to JLL's operational excellence.

What your day-to-day will look like:

  • Support client and JLL teams by responding to contract process inquiries and providing data entry and management through the Sourcing & Procurement technology platform
  • Maintain data integrity of contract databases and other management tools, ensuring accuracy and completeness
  • Administer supplier on-boarding due diligence, including Corrigo administration, and maintain contract and supplier files in compliance with JLL and client standards
  • Prioritize, communicate, and coordinate contract negotiations with suppliers and operations teams
  • Manage incoming and outgoing transition plans for service providers, clearly communicating any contract modifications
  • Ensure compliance with sourcing and contracting policies by collaborating with Corporate Legal and Risk Management teams
  • Serve as the first point of contact for Certificate of Insurance (COI), ISNetworld, and Avetta risk management inquiries, processing exceptions and monitoring COI data across platforms

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Purchasing, Supply Chain Management, or equivalent experience supporting real estate, facilities services, or Supply Chain Management
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications with excellent PC skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with procurement technology platforms and contract management systems
  • Familiarity with COI administration, ISNetworld, Avetta, or similar risk management platforms
  • Knowledge of real estate or facilities management supplier relationships
  • Experience coordinating with legal and risk management teams on contractual matters
  • Understanding of supplier on-boarding processes and compliance requirements
  • Strong oral and written communication skills with excellent interpersonal abilities
  • Organizational skills with strong analytical capability

Location: 4 days onsite at JLL Office
