Systems Integrator

The Contractor Team shall work closely with the Sponsor's product owner and program manager to deliver user stories necessary to realize the Sponsor's product vision.

The Contractor Team shall coordinate with multiple entities throughout the Sponsor organization to ensure solutions, small applications, data structures and workflows meet defined requirements and users are able to apply the solutions.

The Contractor Team shall apply an agile approach to software and technical workflow development consistent with the Sponsor's project management and software development frameworks with a focus on demonstrating and delivering releasable features every iteration, and users are able to use them correctly. The Contractor Team shall devise, communicate, and coordinate on data exploitation workflow and technical solutions to open source challenges with technology end users. The Contractor Team shall communicate user stories and requirements to the Sponsor's main technology group for prioritization and execution.

Demonstrated experience working requirements related to data collection and exploitation workflows.

Demonstrated experience leading agile development teams.

Demonstrated experience working with diverse user bases with varying levels of comfort with data and technology; understanding user needs and tailoring user assistance specifically to the needs of the user.

Demonstrated experience guiding and training users in best practices in how to use enterprise

technologies or applications.

Demonstrated experience presenting, documenting, and maintaining instructions for using new technologies and data-driven workflows.

Demonstrated experience decomposing user needs, drafting actionable requirements, and communicating requirements for technical solutions to development teams

Desired Skills

Demonstrated experience working Sponsor requirements related to data collection and exploitation workflows.

Demonstrated experience tailoring user assistance specifically to the needs of the user, whether in one-to-one interactions or in larger, multi-user venues; online and in-person.

Demonstrated experience working in a high-performing team environment.

Demonstrated experience working closely together to collaborate on, deploy to production, and maintain applications for the Sponsor.

Demonstrated experience working Sponsor requirements related to data collection and exploitation workflows.
