Description

The Production Associate plays a key role in daily manufacturing operations, supporting the processing, bottling, packaging, and preparation of dairy and food products. This person is responsible for following all food safety, sanitation, and quality standards to ensure customers receive exceptional products every time.


The schedule for this shift is 3:00am - 11:00am


Key Responsibilities

  • Operate processing, bottling, and packaging equipment safely and efficiently
  • Assist with batching, mixing, filling, labeling, and palletizing finished products
  • Follow standardized recipes, production procedures, and quality control steps
  • Maintain a clean and sanitary workspace, following all GMPs and food safety guidelines
  • Complete production documentation and lot tracking accurately
  • Assist with changeovers, equipment wash-downs, and end-of-shift cleanup
  • Communicate equipment issues, product irregularities, or safety concerns immediately
  • Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily production goals

Requirements

Required:

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Ability to stand, lift (50+ lbs), bend, and perform physical work for extended periods
  • Reliability and strong attention to detail
  • Willingness to work in a cold/wet production environment
  • Ability to follow instructions and standard operating procedures

Preferred:

  • Previous experience in food, beverage, or manufacturing production
  • Familiarity with HACCP, GMP, or other food safety programs
  • Mechanical aptitude or comfort with operating machinery
