Bilingual Front Office Staff

Full-Time | Monday-Friday | No weekends or holidays

Shift Schedule: 8:30 am - 5:30 pm (1 hour lunch)

Keystone Women's care is seeking a friendly, organized, and dependable Bilingual Front Office Staff member to join our growing team. If you enjoy helping patients, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and are passionate about providing excellent customer service, we'd love to hear from you! The ideal candidate will have previous experience working with an EMR in a medical office, strong interpersonal, and multitasking skills.

Responsibilities

Greet patients and create a welcoming experience.
Check patients in and out for appointments.
Verify medical insurance eligibility and benefits.
Update and maintain accurate patient demographic information.
Collect patient payments and process transactions.
Answer incoming phone calls with professionalism and excellent telephone etiquette.
Assist with other front office administrative duties as needed.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required.
Fully fluent in both English and Spanish required, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
