Job Title: Advanced Practice Provider – Urology
Location: West Region
Employment Type: Full-Time
What You’ll Champion:
- Monday-Friday 8 AM – 4:30 PM schedule
- Deliver high-quality urologic care to a diverse patient population, evaluating and managing common urologic conditions in both outpatient and inpatient settings.
- Partner with a collaborative team of five physicians and four APPs to provide coordinated, patient-centered care across the continuum.
- Expand access to specialty care throughout the community by caring for patients primarily in Chambersburg and Greencastle, with opportunities to collaborate across additional regional sites (Waynesboro and Gettysburg).
- Build your clinical expertise through mentorship and progressive skill development, including potential opportunities to eventually perform procedures and participate in pre-operative and post-operative patient management.
- Support a growing urology practice by independently managing patient visits while contributing to a team-focused culture dedicated to exceptional outcomes and service

Qualifications
Qualifications
Minimum Education:
- Masters Degree Nurse Practitioner Required or
- Bachelors Degree Physician Assistant Required
- Masters Degree Physician Assistant Preferred
Work Experience:
- 1 year Required
Licenses:
- Certified Registered Nurse Practitioner Upon Hire Required or
- Licensed Physician Assistant Upon Hire Required and
- Basic Life Support Upon Hire Required or
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support Upon Hire Required
Courses and Training:
- BLS and/or ACLS as appropriate for the clinical role. Upon Hire Required and
- Nurse Practitioner - board certified by American Nurses Credentialing Center Commission on Certification Upon Hire Required and
- Nurse Practitioner - Completion of an accredited program for nurse practitioners Upon Hire Required or
- Physician Assistant - Graduate of accredited physician assistant program Upon Hire Required
