Location: Concordia at SpiriTrust – Luther Ridge
Pay: $60,000-70,000/year (based on experience)

Shift: 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM every other weekend

Concordia at SpiriTrust – Luther Ridge is looking for an experienced, motivated, and compassionate Admissions Coordinator to join our team!

What You’ll Do as an Admission Coordinator:

• Coordinate admissions for Skilled Nursing and Personal Care residents
• Guide residents and families through the admission process
• Complete admission paperwork accurately and timely while verifying insurance and gathering mandatory documentation
• Communicate with hospitals, physicians, referral sources, residents, and families
• Provide tours and promote Concordia services in the community
• Support residents and families during transition into the facility

What We’re Looking For in an Admissions Coordinator:

• Minimum 1 year of Admissions Coordinator experience in healthcare
• Long-term care, acute care, nursing, or social services experience preferred
• Strong communication, organization, and customer service skills required
• Experience with computers and PointClickCare preferred
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
• Passion for serving the senior population
