Support the Asphalt foreman by performing safe, accurate hand-finish work that helps the crew deliver smooth, spec-compliant asphalt surfaces, steady production, and dependable daily schedule performance.

You will own:

• Hand-finish quality that protects mat appearance, ride, and spec compliance
• Grade consistency at edges, tie-ins, transitions, and drainage points
• Support for asphalt paving production through precise hand work that keeps the crew moving
• Reduction of stoppages, waste, and corrective work caused by poor finish details
• Safe work habits around active paving equipment, traffic, and changing site conditions
• Daily reliability — showing up ready, holding pace, and helping the crew hit schedule
• Pride of workmanship on the details customers notice after the rollers leave

You do not need to be an asphalt expert on day one. We put you through an intensive two-week onboarding program including industry-specific training and training on our proprietary systems and software.
