We are currently seeking an experienced HVAC Maintenance Technician who is confident performing preventative maintenance, identifying system issues, and recommending next steps to homeowners.
On average, this position earns between $70,000–$140,000 annually

What You’ll Be Doing
- Perform residential HVAC preventative maintenance on heating and cooling systems
- Inspect systems for wear, safety concerns, and performance issues
- Identify basic mechanical, electrical, and airflow issues during maintenance visits
- Make minor repairs and recommendations with customer approval
- Clearly communicate system condition, findings, and maintenance results to homeowners
- Document work accurately using company systems
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked service vehicle
- Escalate more complex issues to service technicians when needed
What We’re Looking For
- 1–3 years of HVAC field experience (maintenance-focused preferred)
- Solid understanding of residential HVAC systems and components
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Professional appearance and positive, team-first attitude
- Reliable, punctual, and well-organized
- Willingness to work evenings and weekends on a rotating schedule
Certifications & Requirements
- EPA Certification (required)
- NATE or additional certifications are a plus (training assistance available)
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Must pass a national background check and drug screening
