Support parts and service department in daily activities resulting in the timely/accurate processing, collection, and delivery of orders.JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Maintain warehouse organization and cleanliness
- Handle shipping, receiving, and deliveries
- Create, develop, and close orders
- Provide quotations to customers
- Provide manuals and drawings as needed
- Assist the Accounts Receivable (AR) team with customer collections as needed
- Maintain accurate paperwork and documentation
- Enter all required information and documentation into the company ERP system
- Request pricing from vendors and create purchase orders for required materials
- Track material deliveries and expedite orders as needed
- Initiate the RMA process for materials being returned for warranty or credit
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- High School Diploma or GED
- Two years of related experience and/or training
- Industry-related product knowledge
- Detail-oriented
- ERP system experience preferred
- Experience with Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office software
- Strong understanding of inventory, orders, returns, and other core business operations
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
- Thorough understanding of company safety, environmental, and operational practices
- Ability to safely lift materials of various weights regularly
- Strong team player
