General Description
Perform general duties of Retail team members. Maintain a positive company image by providing courteous, friendly and efficient customer service with an outgoing personality.
Job Duties
- Model “CUSTOMER FIRST” customer service.
- Enjoys working with the public.
- Oversee and process Website orders
- Ship orders using the UPS labeling and shipping system.
- Reconcile cash register tills each night after closing.
- Maintain compliance with USDA regulations regarding food safety.
- Work seamlessly and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Answer in-person, telephone and/ or email customer questions and practice upselling.
- Stock products in the retail store and maintain display cases in always-stocked condition.
- Maintain proper product rotation on product age in retail cases.
- Assemble and package Holiday gift packs.
- Help with daily housekeeping (sweeping, cleaning surfaces, display cases, windows, etc.). .
- Tuesday-Friday 9:00am to 6:00pm and Saturdays 8:00am to 2:00pm
Requirements
Physical Requirements/ Working Conditions
- Heavy lifting (Capable of at least 50-80 lbs)
- Long periods of walking and standing
- Work in a refrigerated environment
