Description

Napoleon Spring Works is seeking a dependable and hardworking Warehouse Associate to support daily operations across multiple departments. This role involves handling garage door components, assisting with production, and ensuring accurate shipping and inventory processes. The ideal candidate is safety-focused, detail-oriented, and able to adapt to different warehouse functions as needed. 


Key Responsibilities:

  • Receive, unload, and organize incoming materials and parts 
  • Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment accurately 
  • Assist in the production and assembly of garage door components such as:
    • Cutting glass onto the doors as needed 
    • Cutting torsion springs as needed 
  • Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts (as required) 
  • Maintain accurate inventory counts and report discrepancies 
  • Load and unload trucks, verifying materials and quantities
  • Inspect products for quality and ensure they meet company standards 
  • Keep work areas clean, organized, and compliant with safety regulations 
  • Support multiple departments including shipping, receiving, and production as needed 
  • Follow all company policies and safety procedures 


Requirements

 Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED preferred 
  • Previous warehouse or manufacturing experience is a plus 
  • Ability to lift heavy materials (typically up to 50–75lbs) 
  • Ability to stand, walk, and perform physical labor for extended periods 
  • Basic mechanical aptitude is helpful 
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills 
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team 
  • Willingness to learn and take direction and be a team player

 Work Environment:

  • Fast-paced warehouse and manufacturing setting 
  • Exposure to machinery, moving equipment, and varying temperatures 
  • Requires physical activity including lifting, bending, and standing 

Schedule:

  • Monday–Friday,  7:30 AM – 4:00 PM 
  • Full-time
  • Overtime may be required depending on Business demands
